Addiction Medicine Clinic
At our Bend, Redmond, and Prineville Addiction Medicine Clinics, we are offering FDA-approved medications such as Buprenorphine oral products and long-acting Buprenorphine injections (Sublocade) as well as Naltrexone oral products and long-acting Naltrexone injections (Vivitrol) which are evidence-based in supporting recovery from opiate use disorder and alcohol use disorder (Vivitrol and Sublocade are not offered at our Prineville location).
Medications are managed by highly qualified and specially licensed healthcare providers trained in addiction medicine. Our outpatient Addiction Medicine Clinic is overseen by a physician with special training in addiction medicine and has completed the addiction medicine ECHO certification through Oregon Health & Sciences University.
Our Addiction Medicine Clinic is part of a robust recovery treatment including substance use disorder (SUD) and/or mental health counseling which are also available at BestCare. Medications are tools that assist people as a component of their recovery. Our Addiction Medicine Clinic team includes an RN care manager, a SUD counselor, and a peer mentor.
