This position is eligible for a $3,000 loyalty bonus! Loyalty bonuses are paid out in installments; half at three months and half after one year of expected continued employment.
The Outpatient SUD Program Manager is a high-level position that oversees all SUD programing including outpatient SUD, gambling services, BIP program and outreach SUD programs, including CET and BHRN programs and ART. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing direct supervision to SUD Program Supervisors, program development, and quality improvement for these programs. While this position will not typically hold a caseload, some client contact including assessments, individual, and group counseling services may be required. The Program Manager is also responsible for the quality of the services provided, for maintaining strong relationships in the community, and for the fiscal health of the program.
Pay scale: $28.23-$37.04
