The Licensed Medical Provider in this role works in a medically managed detoxification and residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment environment, along with a team of experienced medical providers, RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, and CADC’s.

Pay Scale: $48.08 – $63.09
