Mission: BestCare Treatment Services advocates and provides compassionate care in the treatment and prevention of addiction and mental illness.

BestCare Treatment Services specializes in drug rehab, drug treatment, alcohol rehab, alcohol treatment, and mental health in Central Oregon at Bend, Redmond, and Madras.

BestCare adheres to all state and local standards required for certification and those of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA). Beyond that we understand recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is challenging, emotionally charged and intensely private. We respect the privacy of each client with our own internal code of ethics that ensures complete confidentiality as well as providing benchmarks for our total commitment to care. We offer four levels of personalized treatment based on the recovery objectives that you specify.

Detox--the safest way to stop substance use and manage withdrawal.

Outpatient (information--most appropriate for someone who’s had a DUII, or other consequence, and needs to learn about the risks of becoming substance dependant.

Intensive Outpatient--a support system for clients who recognize they have a problem and need help managing it.

Residential or Inpatient--for those who have tried other measures without success and need to remove themselves from their social environments to make the necessary changes for long-term recovery.
